Attention Seniors: Senior Internship Program packets are now available for pick-up at the front desk in the Main Office. If you are interested in participating in the Senior Internship Program in the Spring of 2020 please pick up a packet as soon as possible. For any questions, please see Mr. Brum or your Guidance Counselor.


Attention Seniors: The Photographer will be here to take portraits through October 28th in the Media Center. Please remember to report to your scheduled session. If you have not had your senior portrait taken and you would like to be in the Yearbook, there is still time! Sign up for a portrait session time today in the Main Office.


Attention all Underclassmen: School portraits and IDs are available for pick up in the Main Office. Please pick up pictures and IDs by TOMORROW Friday October 18th.


Attention any student who would like to take an AP test in May: Registration began on September 25th and runs through October 25th. Instructions on how to register were emailed to students and parents and are also available on the Ridge School Counseling website under the Advanced Placement Testing tab.

There will be a meeting TODAY Thursday, October 17th after school in room 624 for anyone interested in joining the Ridge Swim Team. Please come to learn about tryouts, physicals and other frequently asked questions.


There will be a Chess Club meeting TODAY Thursday October 17th in the Media Center right after school from 2:30-3:30. All players are welcome! Snacks will be served!


Are you interested in joining a nationwide movement to fundraise for hospitals while receiving volunteer hours? Come to the Miracle Network Club meeting TOMORROW Friday, October 18th at 7am in Room 413.


The William Annin Middle School’s Athletic Organization is seeking student volunteer coaches for boys and girls basketball teams. Ridge High School seniors and juniors are encouraged to apply. They are looking for students who have played basketball to help coach and organize the basketball teams this winter. These are 3 day a week volunteer positions that start November 1st and end mid-February. For more information or to apply please contact Mrs. Lisette Mowen at Deadline to apply is TOMORROW Friday October 18th.


Any girls interested in playing basketball this year should attend an informational meeting on Monday, October 21st at 7pm in Room 630.


Are you interested in spending time in another country learning about other cultures and languages? CIEE, a Global Navigator program for high school students, will visit Ridge on Monday, October 21st. They will be located outside the cafeteria and will provide information on incredible travel and scholarship opportunities for you. The application deadline is December 6th, so be sure to stop by the CIEE table and learn about what your future may hold!


A big THANK YOU to four Ridge parent organizations for contributing to recent renovations in the Ridge Concession Stand at Lee Field. The Ridge Booster Club, Ridge Runners, Ridge Marching Band and the Ridge Touchdown Club have provided our Concessions with 2 new refrigerators/freezers, a new range, a new commercial refrigerator, and a new “Ridge colors” epoxy floor. Spectators are invited during events at Lee Field to come take a look at the improvements and support the fundraising of these parent groups. Go Ridge!
